Only orders concerning deliveries of products within the Greek Territory are accepted. Orders for products are executed and the products are delivered within a period of fifteen (15) working days to twelve (12) months from the payment of the order, depending on the availability of products, from 7.00 to 23.00, excluding Sundays and holidays. If the deadline expires on a non-working day, then the deadline shall be extended until the next working day.
Exceptionally, in cases where products are sent to remote or inaccessible areas (borderland or island areas/regions), delivery may be carried out after the expiry of this period depending on the existing means of transport, the difficulty, the distance etc.
The aforementioned deadlines in case of events of force majeure beyond the Company’s control and influence (e.g. earthquakes, extreme weather events, pandemics, stoppages, riots, decisions of competent authorities that restrict the activity of the entities and services involved in the execution of orders and sales, delays of suppliers in deliveries, etc.) are likely to be extended for a reasonable period of time due to the extraordinary circumstances. Our Company will make every effort to better serve its customers, but is not responsible for delays or temporary inability to fulfill its obligations due to the above-mentioned reasons.
The products are shipped to the address and recipient that the customer has indicated when placing the order, which has been accepted by the Company. The Company freely chooses the means of delivery/shipment.
The shipment of the sold goods is made at the Customer’s charge. The charge for the transport of the product depends on the postal code of the Customer’s area, the weight of the product and the amount of the order. Additional charges may apply for delivery to a floor above/below ground level or for other special circumstances. The Customer must provide our Company with all necessary information about the delivery/shipping address of the goods (e.g. floor, access difficulties of the carrier/courier, existence of elevators, narrow stairs, etc.), in order to facilitate the delivery process at the place indicated by the Customer, to calculate in advance with the maximum possible accuracy the amount of the charge and to provide the Customer with timely information about it. In case the Customer fails to inform our Company or fails to inform our Company in time, any applicable additional charges may be unilaterally imposed by our Company without prior notification of the Customer.
